Although I like the product, when I tried to cancel another product of theirs, my emails (to different addresses over several months) were ignored. I bought this course two years ago and when I tried to access the membership area on December 7th, 2009, I couldn't. I immediately emailed their support and with emails going back and forth and long gaps in between, I still have no access to a course that I paid almost $300 for. Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't protect digital products, so I guess I have to kiss the investment good bye. I'm amazed at why Mind Valley Labs puts so little emphasis on customer service. After all, isn't it less costly to sell other products to an existing customer than to acquire a new one? Go figure.
